We did a back on back, so cruised for 20 days. Tasmania, Pacific Islands and New Zealand. The upgrades that have been done are excellent, especially the Flow Rider. Good entertainment for all and wonderful caring staff.
This was our third cruise on this ship and we have no complaints.
Ice shows were excellent, Main productions were good, Comedy was good.
Food was good as usual, no excuse ...
I went on this cruise with my husband and 2 adult children 21 & 18. It was a 50th birthday present for me. We have only been on one other cruise before, a few years ago on the Ruby Princess through the Mediterranean. That particular cruise was very busy, with very interesting/exciting ports every day and only one and a half days at sea, so we didn't really get time to relax or discover all the ...
Lots of great activities like flowrider and rock climbing. Ice rink is wonderful. I wish we'd done it more. Its not open every day due to the unbelievably good ice shows. 20% discount on some wine in the restaurant made it an affordable luxury. Cupcake decorating is terrible so save your money. Kids club OK, but a coloured in picture was the only thing he made. Food was good but we've had ...
This was our first cruise so no comparisons to other ships or cruise lines. We travelled with two 16yr olds from Sydney on VOTS on 5th December.
Boarding- we arrived at 11.10 and were aboard by noon. Could not have asked for better!
Staterooms - we had connecting interiors aft on deck 7. They were perfectly adequate for us. Plenty of storage, quiet location and our attendant was excellent. ...
Discovered we were Diamond on this cruise and enjoyed the benefits, including using the Diamond Club lounge each evening with drinks and canapes. Staff were amazing! Having done 20 previous cruises we had a lot to compare. Disappointed not many lounges were relatively quiet of an evening or had enough room for even 50 people. The Viking Crown Lounge and High Notes on Deck 14 had excellent views ...
This is our second time travelling with Royal Caribbean and twice on P & O. First time with RC was on Rhapsody of the Seas in 2014 and our family thought lets try a bigger boat thus the decision to go on Voyager of the Seas.
We traveled with my husband and two children, sister, fiance and mother.
Our cabin (my family) was an interior stateroom (deck 10), very small but to be expected. We only ...
The cruise travelled from Sydney to Hobart stopping at Melbourne on the way down. Voyager is larger than any ship we have travelled on previously - lots of bars, lounges and dining rooms. We prefer the smaller ships - having said that if we found an itinerary we liked we would sail on her again.
There were lots of activities on board. The usual sexiest man competition - always a laugh. They ...
The Voyager of the Seas is a very crowded ship. $80 million was spent on an upgrade which increased passenger numbers, more optional restaurants and resulted in less places to sit.
Too often there were very long lines waiting for coffee, a drink, food in the Windjammer and special events.
I found the staff were pushed to their limits. Individuals we had as cabin attendant, table servers, ...
This was our first Cruise and first time overseas. The staff went above and Beyond to make us all feel welcome. And the staff at the royal Caribbean run a very tight but a great ship. The Food was fantastic and they even catered for the eaters in our family. Our cabins were always clean and tidy. And the actives on board were really great and different actives for all ages. We only did one shore ...
Initially I was very excited to cruise on the Voyager as it has just had a refit but unfortunately it didn't live up to my expectations. Have been on the Navigator of the Seas and the Radiance of the Seas and I was expecting a similar experience.
Muster time: It was an extremely hot day in Sydney - 35 degrees and we had to stand out on deck. Why weren't we sitting inside in the air ...
