Embarkation - Very Smooth. Arrived at port at 11.15am and was onboard by 11.30am
Cabin - Junior Suite on back of hump with lots of room, fantastic cabin very good location right next to stairs and lifts - no noise at all from surrounds.
Lots of space for two people with a huge walk in robe area. We bought 40 kg of luggage and only used 40 percent of the available storage ...

Ship is not new but you'd never know it. Spotless and well maintained.
Staff is awesome with a ton of personal attention and activities to keep you busy on board. Plenty of themed bars with music and entertainment to satisfy every age group, genre and taste.

We are first time cruisers and first time to Europe. Taking this cruise achieved our goal of getting a "sample" of cruising and of Europe. The ship is well maintained, clean and have very good staff. the balcony stateroom was a good choice even though we were on the sea only at night.

Just got back from a 7-day Rome cruise on the Mariner, and that ship is beautiful! Every European port that we visited, our ship was the largest and the most beautiful in the harbor.
