Having suite privileges on and ship is a plus but on this ship it's a huge advantage. No reservations for shows ever needed and a concierge to get me dining reservations at prime times. Those two issues most people not in suites were complaining about.

The Quantum is a beautiful ship and the folks staffing it are generally helpful and friendly.
The Dynamic dining is not. Think regimented dining. Cannot get times between 5:30 and 9:30 unless you take extraordinary measures. The Quantum has a lot of problems!!!
The restaurant dining is a real mess, staff are not friendly or helpful!!
Elevators had a real problem with a lot of them out of service.
Windjammer buffet is poorly designed and over crowded.
Fitness center was nice but half of the treadmills were not working!!
Solariums were beautiful, Balcony room was great!!

So disgusted with RCCL! We are Emerald cruisers and were so disappointed with Quantum of the Seas. Getting on the ship at Bayonne which used to be easy was horrible. You have to park far away now and there was no handicapped parking! Then you have to make a reservation to check in to expedite things . However that was a joke.
