We have travelled on 9 cruises to date and this was our 5th NCL Cruise ,Our only negative on the Norwegian Gem would be the lack of waiting staff and the lack of enthusiasm from waiters.

This was definitely not our best cruise experience. We have been on eight cruises and this one was average at best. I would not recommend going on this cruise.
