Our family of 6 (3 adults, 3 kids) took the Carnival Destiny on a 4 nt trip to KW & Coz out of Miami. This was my 4th cruise (2 on RC, 1 on Carnival). Our 1st Carnival trip was OK - not as good as RC, but b/c of dates and prices, we decided to give Carnival another chance. We had a great time as family - but, the cruise itself was BIG disappointment. Here are the PROS & CONS:

PROS:

1. Staterm was spacious. Fit 3 people easily. 2 twins or 1 king, with comfy sofa bed. Connecting rms. We had 2254 & 2252. Good location on ship, although across from service area. Was not noise problem for us.

Cabin Review

Cabin 6D

Service area is across hall, but minimal noise on our cruise. Nice view from windows. Good location to elevators (around corner, then go up elevators to Lido deck). Or, for formal dining rm, go down hall and up one flight of stairs. Rm fit 3 comfortably.
