Love cruising a few faults with Azura prefer the Oriana. I felt the staff just hadn't got it together.TravelTrain from Darlington direct good service and on time. Plenty of taxis to the quay side no waiting .Embarkation a little slow we waited two hours to get on the ship but staff at Southampton were very helpful. CabinInside B340 deck 11 twin found it very small only enough room to walk between the bed and desk. Only one desk chair to sit on so had to sit on bed. Don't like the new style wardrobes it takes to much room out of the cabin and makes the cabin look very untidy.Shower room small but adequate kept very clean towels changed twice a day Beds and pillows very comfortable our cabin steward Manfred did a very good job Shopping A very good selection on board very good fair prices plenty of special offers duty free as good as on shore and you could buy alcohol to drink in the cabin . Spa service plenty of choice but I didnt use them.EntertainmentVery good something for every one quizzes films bingo bridge dance lessons and much more. The sail away parties were great fun plenty of football matches for the men in Brodies Bar . The Playhouse every night fantastic The Headliners put on seven wonderful shows and gave 100%each show. The casino staff were very helpful but the casino is to small for the size of the ship and the number of passengers not enough slot machines. A great day of entertainment and coverage of the Royal Wedding on board.Shore ExcursionsA very good wide variety of trips to choose from, good talks on the resorts on board plenty of information to help you make your mind up.Plenty of information and help for the independent traveler getting on and off the ship was very easy.Food This is where I was very disappointed with the cruise not up to P O standard Breakfast in Oriental restaurant good, buffet breakfast hot and cold very good choiceLunchPeninsular Restaurant good . buffet lunch salads ok Hot food very poor it tasted like food in a motorway service stationAfternoon Tea Peninsular restaurant afternoon tea very poor Buffet good choice sandwiches and scones cakes seemed to be repeated every day.Dinner Oriental restaurant had a table for 10 very good company poor service and very slow. I only enjoyed three evening meals out of 16 Only one vegetable every night so if you didn't like it you did without.Verdict should have been much better head waiter said he was very sorry but had a lot of people to serve. Final may not travel from Southampton again as there was to many wheelchairs and motorized scooters on board you couldn't get in the lifts Disembarkation we walked off very good and quick
