Let's start first with the departure...Baltimore is by far my favorite departure port. They are friendly, organized, and very accommodating. Parking is easy at the port, however, this year we chose to park the car at my dad's 20 minutes away and take the "GO" airport van...a savings of about $60 and an easy arrival/departure. We were at the port by 10:30, checked in and seated in the waiting area by 11. Once we arrived back in Baltimore, the van was waiting, loaded our luggage and back to my dad's in about 20 min...and I enjoyed by vacation for at least another 20 min while someone drove.Since the Enchantment went thru some rennovations a couple years ago, we thought for sure that the cabins would have been updated...NOT! Furniture and carpet showed signs of a long hard life...but once I slid between the sheets (I love their sheets), the worn furniture was soon forgotten. We had a wonderful cabin stewart who took good care of us. Food on the Enchantment was definitely a hit or miss. We checked the menus daily and had time to decide where we wanted to dine for the evening. Two evenings didn't come close to anything exciting, so off to Chops we went. Good decisions! However, you have to wonder...is this why the food is sometimes less than exciting to encourage you to spend more money by going to a specialty restaurant? The main dining room for lunch had some good choices...my favorite, the tutti salad. Friends tried the BBQ sandwich and said it was really good. I'll look for it on the next trip. There was one thing different about this cruise than most others we have taken. The people we met and the friends we made. The different events during the cruise, most hosted by the Cruise Director's Staff, gave us the opportunity to join groups and just plain have fun. We loved playing trivia with our friends...go STARFLEET!! and we especially love playing the Quest...my all time favorite event on Royal Caribbean. My favorite port...St Thomas. We normally go to Megan's Beach but this year we decided to try Sapphire Beach. OMG!!! It is beautiful. We were able snorkel, chill, have a drink, and watch iguanas climb up/down the trees then across the beach...definitely will go back. Our least favorite was Samona...happy to see it was replaced on the itinerary. All in all, the cruise was a good one. We met so many wonderful people plus ran into others we had met on a previous trip...and we are all planning to return March 2012!

Comfortable for two. Quiet location, however, occassional "odd" smell in the hallway. AC sometimes didn't work.
