Cruise with my daughter, sister-in-law and mother-in-law. This is my 13th cruise, 2nd on Norwegian and probably my last.

To begin with, I love to cruise and usually don't find too many faults with the cruiselines to make a big deal about. Things happen, so I'm usually good. But when so many things are bad it's so disappointing! My daughter saved for years for this trip and my in-laws were expecting so much more. Since I made all the plans I feel bad that this cruise was such a let down.

OK, with all that said. Getting on the ship went fine, we were all very excited. Went to the buffet for lunch which wasn't the best. Lines were impossible in the tight space. Stations that prepared foods were first, right by the plates so you had to excuse yourself to get a plate and go around the people waiting. Refilling the trays of food seemed to be a problem since many were empty. After lunch we waited around on the pool deck but it was so cold and windy, couldn't get into our rooms until 2pm. Bags came fairly quick. Had our supper in Four seasons dining room. Everyone was pleasant and the food was ok. Rough night at sea, storms. Our carpet was wet by the patio door for the remainder of our cruise even after they tired to wet vac it. And our carpet was wet from some leak by the shower..we kept the water in the shower so it wasn't us..much have a leak under the bathroom unit.
