I really enjoyed the Mariner Of The Seas. Embarkation was organized and went smoothly, and they had coffee and cookies on a table -- that was a nice touch. Line was long but went fast.

Got on board and what a big ship. We went to our room to drop our stuff off, and I couldn't believe the room. The closet was so huge -- it was a walk-in closet with 12 shelves and long clothes pole with hangers, and you could even put the 2 big pieces of luggage in there after unpacking! The Bathroom was nice too, Corian countertops, and a huge tub, I loved it! The room had 2 beds put together to make a king size bed and it had a couch and a chair and a foot stool, and a huge balcony with a chair and table and lounge chair, I peeked at the other JS balcony and it had 2 loungers and a chair and table, Neat!

I really liked the ship, nice and clean and staff was friendly at all times. Only problem that I had was that I was getting off at Nassau and they wouldn't let me, when I put my card through, it beeped and the security guard said that I needed a card replacement, real strange ,and told me that I had to go up to the front desk to get a new card. My husband's card beeped too, they told him he needed a picture taken and they took it and he was all set. When we boarded, they took my picture twice and hubby once, so not sure what the problem was. Then I went up to the front desk and they said card was fine, that I didn't have a picture in system, to go back down and see the head security guard and she said I needed a new card and when I argued with her that the desk said my card was fine, she looked in system and we found my mug! she assured me I could get off and have no problems getting back on, she would have a new card waiting for me. After visiting Atlantis, which is gorgeous, we went back on and my card beeped and then I gave the guard a argument and said to see the head guard. He let me by and said I had to go to guest relations again and there was no new card and the head guard was at lunch. Went up to D.R. and I was mad, and the lady was so nice she gave me a replacement card and escorted me back to to the gangway again and I got a new picture. She said I didn't have my picture taken. I had no problems after that. This was my only complaint.
