5 stars. Ship is amazing, staff are incredible, service is great. Really enjoyed the voyages and have booked a 3rd. I can't really knock Virgin Voyages for anything, especially with the deals. The value for money is exceptional.

The only thing that I think needs to be improved is the music. I've been on 2 Virgin cruises now, and both of them the music could have been better. I believe the ship should always have at least 4 different music types/genres playing at all times in different parts of the ship. Either at the bars, or sitting areas.
