Had great food on this cruise and the entertainment was first class too. Shame about the cleanliness. Had to call the domestic staff in to address the issue and still fell short of acceptable. Have left the feedback for the cruise line and they haven't bothered to respond. I would travel with them again but I would be prepared to clean my own cabin next time. With covid and norovirus I think we have come to expect a certain level of cleanliness and it was clear this cabin had recieved nothing more than a wipe over for a while. Service was lacking in some bars but the staff were very friendly and attentive when they had the time. The excursions, food quality and entertainment could have been from a cruise costing 3 times the price, poor cleanliness and some staffing issues were the only real negative points of the cruise

Cabin Review

Filthy, no getting around it. Fingerprints and grease from previous guests, hairs in the bathroom and a carpet of dust in the top cupboards. This level of cleanliness is why we couldn't give this cruise 5 stars and it really was so poor it was truly unbelievable. Bought the matter to attention of the crew and the remedy was to wipe things over with a damp cloth, I just hope the kitchens get a better level of hygiene.
