If you are a fan of the Oasis class ships then Wonder of the Seas will not disappoint you. She is a beautiful ship and offers all the amenities you expect from this class of ships. We traveled with family(grandchildren) and friends during Spring break peak week so we knew crowds would be an issue and that proved to be the case. Embarkation was quick and organized. Parking at the port is a problem, so I recommend getting the earliest boarding time possible to assure a parking space in the covered deck. Those passengers who arrived after noon, were left driving around scrambling for a space even in the outside perimeter of the port. With a ship of this size with 7000 passengers, lots of cars to manage. We suggest making a lunch reservation for any of the restaurants offering embarkation dining and avoid the cattle call in the Windjammer. We had brunch at the Mason Jar, at 11:30 on day one, charge was reasonable and food was very good. Rooms were available at 1pm. Our outside balcony cabin on deck 12 was well appointed and clean. Room service is now only once a day and you choose morning or evening with your cabin steward, whichever works best for you. Food and service in the main dining room was overall very good, but the selection has been reduced and it appears to us that portion sizes reduced also. Entertainment was for us as seniors loud and technology driven in all venues. Understanding that Wonder is a family oriented ship its apparent that RC is appealing to a much younger audience with enjoys loud pounding drums and music. No typical broadway musical or toned down entertainment is offered excluding the piano bar which had very limited time slots, mostley 9:30pm or after each night. The were jazz combos on several nights in the Central Park area which offered a more toned down entertainment venue. Comedy club is very small and sight views obstructed if you arrive late and have to sits in the back. Overall this was a fun trip and highly recommend for famiies with young children and teenagers. Port stops in St. Kitts, St. Thomas, and Coco Cay, exactly what was expected however security in St. Kitts and St. Thomas appears to be lacking and crowds too large for proper control.
