Cabin Review

The cabin we got assigned was nice extra balcony space with a lounge chair. Is there a problem with the aft thrusters docking takes a long time and the noise and rumblings is out of control never experienced this on any other cruise. Also very loud in the main dinning room when docking. Carpet in the cabin was stained and after wearing white socks very dirty. First two mornings we were greeted with backed up sewage over the course of the night. Fixed right away the first time but then the very next morning the same thing happened. Telephone never worked when down to the front desk for the first 4 days to advise them of the problem then after 4 days they said it was fixed but it still did not work. there idea of fixed was you can dial the phone if you know what number you want to call but the frond desk, wake up call room service buttons do not work they are not going to be fixed I was informed. did not see any phone list around the desk or notice letting me know the buttons on the phone do not work. The battery on the safe died they did come to replace it very quickly. Next day we could not get it to lock again so we hid our stuff and they came down later and replaced the safe. TV location is poor and in port the reception is terrible and no guide. Artwork on the ship not up to NCL standards cabin "wall decor" included.
