- food: terrible

- cabin: nice but poor soundproofing with baby next door made it difficult to sleep 

- service: the crew tries, hard, but is generally exhausted, demotivated and it isn't clear if they are treated well

- entertainment: significant cost cuts show everywhere with the sound system struggling to catch up

- pool: overcrowded but the lifeguards try to keep it safe

- loungers: get them early (and if you are watching a movie at night try not to fall asleep -- the crew will shake you awake to clean the lounger if you happen to take the wrong one)

- promenade deck: beautiful, spacious, warm BUT dirty, and large smoking area keeps a smoke scent depending on ship direction

- security everywhere -- why?While the ship is still beautiful the overworked crew try hard but the largely inedible food (think powdered egg, synthetic substitutes for cream, non dairy cheese, etc) with lines for everything make it a terrible experience.
