We're experienced cruisers with over 60 cruises, most of them on Princess (ergo we're Elite). This was a 20 day cruise, two 10 day back to back legs. We recognize that any time you travel, there will be some bumps in the road. During these 20 days we had too many disappointments.

We order room service to bring continental breakfast every morning. The first 3 days the order was incomplete with substitutions for other things we ordered (i.e. milk instead of juice),Days 4-20 were done properly.

Elite passengers get a mini-bar setup that includes 8 small bottles of liquor. We got one 750 ml of wine, which we don't drink. Room service didn't respond. The second leg we did get the proper setup
