We are past Carnival cruisers and Celebrity and Holland America. We picked this cruise for value and convenience. That said I have to say: not what we expected. If we knew these tips we would have been prepared.

We got two flat hard pillows. Felt like a stack of towels. Only 2! Ask for better pillows right away. We couldn’t get into our cabin until 45 minutes or so after the announcement that all cabins were ready so guest services finally brought some keys down.
