Overall, this was a miserable experience and I would not book with MSC again. I rate 1 out of 10.
For background, I'm 45 y/o and this was my first cruise with MSC, and my third overall. I sailed on the MSC Seashore July 23 - 30, 2022, in the Yacht Club (Grand Deluxe Suite, #19032). I was traveling solo in my cabin but had a friend staying in an Aurea Balcony Suite on deck 14. I have previously sailed with NCL in The Haven (Owner's Suite, Caribbean) and Celebrity in Retreat (Penthouse, Caribbean).
Cabin: basically it is an Aurea balcony suite enlarged by about 40% square footage, and includes a walk-in closet. The Deluxe Suite is the same, one deck down, and lacks the walk-in closet, but is the same layout. The finishes were in good condition, but nothing opulent or luxurious. The bedding was acceptable though the pillows were made of synthetic polyester fill. My pillow choice (feather) was not available and after asking, I was told they were out of that pillow but had the memory foam, which I declined. The balcony was large enough for loungers but had only the regular two-chair-plus-side-table setup. The balcony is side-view only with partitions. On deck 19, you are directly beneath the YC sundeck and noise from the maintenance occurred every night, all night long. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend the Deluxe Suite on deck 18 and forego the "Grand" part of the walk-in closet. All items in the room functioned normally. There is only one phone, only 2 US outlets at the desk, and one US outlet in the bathroom but will not accept a 3-prong plug, nor a polarized plug (I did my beard trimming at the desk.). On embark day, the bathroom did not have wash cloths or hand soap. I asked for both and did not receive until day 2.
