3 star Mariners, cruised HAL 137 nights, over a decade of loyalty towards HAL. Very disappointed with it’s treatments to loyal guests. Decreased in benefits, increased in “nickel and dime” up charges, gratuity, etc.

Menu selections mediocre (same old, same old). Cruised 3 times in 2022, same menu rotation, same entertainment line ups. HAL decreases menu selections, substituted quality products with mediocre standards, adding up charges to menu items and adding 18% gratuity to their specialty dining high cover charges. Entertainment performers are inconsistent, more prerecorded music used during live MainStage shows. If it’s not for the wonderful, hard working, dedicated crew members, HAL has very little to offer to keep their loyal mariners from returning. Mariners were offered 25% off specialty dining cover charges but at the same time being charged 18% gratuity to the cover charge before discounts being applied - deceitful and tacky.
