My wife and I have been on many conventional cruises but as the ships keep getting bigger we decided to try river cruises. We have been with Tui(Thompson) on many occasions and The Skyla is one of their newest river cruise boats When we first arrived we were greated by exceptionaly friendly staff as well as the Captain the reception area was well appointed as well as the Cabin we paid the extra for the French balcony which had large opening doors so we could sit in the cabin and enjoy the scenery. There was free coffee available in the Atrium and coffee making facilities in the cabin, If you wanted alcoholic drinks these were available to purchase. We throughly enjoyed the christmas Markets especially Frankfurt, Mainz and Strasbourg all of which had exceptional guides. This was our first cruise abroad since the pandemic but all the paperwork and well worth it absolutely Wunderbah
