Chose cruise because it was a smokin' deal that I have never encountered in all years of sailing. As all cruise lines, want passengers to return to cruising and deals are a draw. Overall the cruise provided a pleasant environment and experience. The mask mandate was still in affect for all cruise lines which made the inside activities a bit uncomfortable. The housekeeping staff, the recreation staff and the serving staff provided good service. The Atrium bar rocked. There was a trio of violinist playing every other late afternoon and evening.Their play list repertoire ranged from classical to rock to country to show tunes. Each performance was delightful. Also, the usual mid bar light attraction in the atrium was a very cool "liquid art" piece that changed colors and design each day.

Guest services seemed to be less interested in giving accurate information regarding various inquiries than taking time to find a correct answer especially disembarking info. The entire process of disembarking was confusing due to lack of accurate information and unorganized disembark process. The usual disembark information and colored tags being brought to room after evening housekeeping did not happen. This caused the confusion of when and where to disembark. May have been one of the worst disembark experiences in many years of cruising.

Cabin Review

Balcony. Excellent room configuration because the bed was next to the balcony slider. Allowed view of ocean while in bed. Plenty of storage and living space for a 7 day cruise. Downside was the shower with the snake connected to the shower head. For 7 days even after cabin steward adjusted the snake but not to allow the shower experience to be easy. Cabin locay one deck below buffet/pool area for easy commute.
