All good. Loved the towel origami - so lovely to return to - the cabin staff were really amazing

Expeditions were well organised and safe

Our morning greetings were fabulous and imbued with such genuine goodwill and excitement 

Talks were interesting and delivered with great enthusiasm and spontaneity 

There were little unexpected treats - like tea and scones one day - soup on our return from a cold outing on another - unexpected cocktails at dinner on other days etc

Bar staff were really helpful and daytime the hot chocolate, tea, coffee was all included 

Possible improvements- 

* Hurtigruten team in Santiago (on our return) could do with more training - they seemed Ill-informed, casual, and in some cases uncaring - a big contrast to our treatment at the start of the trip

* admin could be improved - we had insufficient notice of all the documentation etc required - thus should go out 6 weeks before departure - a source of huge stress

* the forms for the Chilean government were really hard to complete - it would be easy to make a short step-by-step video on how to complete it

* documentation required for our return (forms for UK and Spain) we only found out about the evening before our long haul flight.Staff were fantastic and very genuine.
