We wanted to see The Galapagos Islands and a good friend recommended Quasar Evolution as the best way to go. We were not disappointed. From the minute we arrived by plane on the island of San Cristobal we were greeted warmly by the head guide, Alex. The yacht holds only 32 guests and we were all transported by bus to the port where we went via "panga" (dingy) to the lovely 3-masted ship. Once on board, the interior of the yacht was so inviting. There's a very comfortable main room where we gathered each evening for a briefing of the next day's activities. The food was outstanding. The crew was totally focused on our comfort. Such nice people. Each day, the activities were well planned and enjoyable. We saw sea lions nursing their young and the "toddlers" playing in the protected "nursery" bay. We saw blue and red footed boobies, sea turtles, giant tortoises, and so many more animals up close. The scenery was just spectacular. I cannot say enough good things about this experience--from the planning staff to the final departure--everything was handled with care. I highly recommend the Quasar Evolution to The Galapagos!

Cabin Review

Our cabin was very spacious with plenty of storage. The bathroom was surprisingly large and water pressure and temperature operated very well. Everyday our cabin was cleaned and turndown service provided.
