Four(4) stars with Holland and a 61 cruises experience, I must write that this cruise was one of disenchantments.
+Embarkation went well but controls were not as rigorous as we expected so much that we were regrouped in a waiting section where a couple sitting right in front of us was seriously affected with what could have been *The Covid*. When accepted at the triage, they should have been directed to the medical officers for further evaluations. Why this happened? Simple, they did not screen thoroughly by asking health questions.
++Bedding had a dirty smell left by previous clients. Cabin steward refused to change the smelly pillows and we had to sleep on clean towels for ten(10) nights. Also, we accept some type of air recycling but not to the limits we experienced on this new ship.
Cabin was kept clean but bedding needed to be refreshed. Mattresses, well I could say that they were not new and if so, then were of a very poor quality.
