We had a fantastic time on the SS Sphinx. We were on the maiden voyage and loved the new ship. There are a few kinks in some of the rooms that the crew is working very hard to fix but like anything new, there are bound to be a few. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious! Our Egyptologists were very knowledgeable, helpful, personable and went out of their way to provide a top rate tour. The itinerary was perfect as they kept us busy but not too busy. My husband and I are very fit so we like activity. The crew was good at being sure everyone could enjoy the sites at their own pace. We also did the Jordan pre-trip. This was also fabulous and had so many highlights that it felt like a trip lol by itself. Imagine waking up to the Treasury in Petra.. just breath taking. The trip to Abu Simbel was an extra charge but worth every penny!! I highly recommend this trip! Both Egypt and Jordan did an excellent making sure we were safe. We wore masks out in public on and off the book, taking them off for meals.
