Everything was excellent on board the QoS sailing (to "nowhere"). Such a relief to just go out to sea for 4 nights, even when it literally goes nowhere but back to home base at Marina Bay cruise centre, Singapore. Service was superb, activities were properly socially distanced and since we went on the 7th (which is the week school reopens here), there wasn't a crowd to contend with. Love the ship, love the peace and quiet. Food was generally good, we really overate, although some menu items are clearly superior to others. for eg, the steaks are good, but the duck confit was a bit dry. The service and crew were always welcoming and friendly and helpful. We would definitely do this again sometime! Thanks RCI, for a most memorable start to 2021.

Due to the social distancing measures, QoS was only sailing at about a third capacity, I gather, or even less. No shore excursions so can't rate that. Due to covid, cruise packages are good value for money.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

cabin was normal balcony stateroom somewhere close to midship, No ship movement could be discerned. There was a problem with the airconditioner on the first night which caused our room temp to plummet to freezing cold but it was fixed by a friendly technician the following morning.
