1. Overall Staff Comments
Compared to the AQSC staff, Victory II crew members are international, and they come from all around the world. This does not change the AQSC and VCL hospitality standards of excellent. The company certainly knows how to continue to provide great customer service in all of their vessels.
Each day, and since our arrival to the ship, there were always staff greeting us and providing warm towel and refreshment. Such a nice touch.

- Goodwill Ambassador where in port, as well as the local CVB to welcome all of us guests. That was quite a great way to start the cruise.
- Included excursion for the day was done by the local trolley company. It was a 3- hour experience with a local guide, who provided great narration of the town. We stopped at places such as: Cleveland Museum of Art, Wade Chapel inside the Cleveland Cemetery and saw Garfield’s burial site.
- In the afternoon, we had complimentary shuttles to the Cleveland Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Admission to this museum was included and paid for by Victory Cruise Lines. Quite a nice touch from the cruise company!
- Our Included excursion of the day took us on a narrated city tour of Toronto. Each on of the buses had a guide on-board narrating everything about the places we were driving by. This included excursion was only offered in the morning, so if we wanted to do something different in the afternoon, the Shore Excursion Department has shuttle buses taking us to the Distillery District.
