I will not go on a cruise with Costa company anymore. Cruise was not well administered, we encountered problems at Singapore immigration due to problems with paperwork that should have been provided by the company on disembark and were not; complete lack of information on which marina to board the ship in Singapore with hundreds of passengers including ourselves going to wrong address; atrocious layout of ship in particular the entertainment decks on floors 3 to 5 with total absence of signed directions to restaurants and other public areas; favouritism on treatment of Italian nationals prior to arrival in Singapore, with company offering them favourable access to information and early disembarkation , in total disregard and blatant discrimination to other nationalities on board.
On a positive note, the crew was fantastic and helpful. Our waiter at Rafaello restaurant, Acobo Salmenio Junior and team were superb. The food was good and varied. Beautiful arrivederchi party on last night with stunning display of carved out food and ice sculptures.
Not enough to make me repeat the experience with Costa cruise. I shan't.
Good size. Housekeeping could improve, had to ask to restock toilet paper.
