Sail Date: Dec 2019

We chose this cruise to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and to have New Year in the Caribean. We were told this was a new ship and would meet all our needs !!!

The cabin was old, tired and next to the engine on the fourth floor. The noise from the engine when at sea and when docking was so loud it was unbearable. We had no sleep and the cabin shook so much all the fittings fell of the walls, Lights were broken, curtains stained and bare wires hung over the bed.

The shower was filthy, mold on all the tiles, grout and walls, and rust all over the door with broken fixtures. The toilet was broken and kept overflowing getting blocked. The corridor smelled of sewerage all the time.

Cabin Review

Terible cabin, dirty shower, with mold on all tiles, grout and floor really bad. Doorframe and all fistures full of rust to a point they were rotten. The toilet was broken and kept overflowing so we could not use this.

The cabin was very every noisy next to the engine and vibrated severely you would think we were in the middle of an earthquake when at see.

Nobody should be placed in these cabins they should be de-commissioned

all fixtures tired, loose wires, borken lights with dead flies inside ++++

Stained and dirty curtains, broekn fixtures and a horrendous experience. never again,
