The Gulf has been on our bucket list for quite a while. We have frequently stopped over at DXB but never before been outside the airport. It was certainly worth while! Service aboard was typically Azamara, laid back, friendly and efficient, sort of feels like home without the work. Dubai is spectacular, all the world's biggest, tallest, busiest things they say and didn't disappoint. Try using the Metro to explore. Boarding and Disembark very smooth. Oman is great but the Azamazing evening didn't live up to usual standard, The Cultural centre was spectacular but a pretty ordinary Brass band disappointed. Then previous trips have set a very high standard. The other ports were also interesting with the Grande Mosque in Abu Dhabi being a highlight and the compact, beautifully lit skyline of Qatar also living in memory. Premium dining is only just better than Discovery or Windows foodwise and having to fit with the times available makes it a dubious extra charge. Service certainly isn't better. Only complaint is WiFi speed and login hassles. Great trip Quest. We will be back.

Cabin Review

Club Veranda Stateroom
Cabin V3
As with all R ships you put the shower on rather than getting into it. Otherwise very good.
