We wanted to see the fjords, and, a friend suggested looking at Viking for possible cruises. We picked out this cruise and it was perfect: the only fault (I have to find something) was that they didn't have Guinness on board. The Viking Jupiter staff were courteous and efficient in an unobtrusive manner. The food was great with an excellent variety. The stateroom was always clean and tidy. The live entertainment, each evening, was designed to perfectly target the age group of the audience. The excursions were educational, interesting and well guided. Yes, we are hooked and have booked a Viking river cruise for April 2020. Furthermore, we are in the preliminary stages of booking a Mediterranean cruise for 2021.

In summary, it was an amazing first cruise: we couldn't have asked for anything more. As one of the other passengers stated to us "you have picked the BEST for your first cruise".
