Overall this was a wonderful vacation for my wife and me. Unlike some of the other reviews regarding the Horizon, I did not experience any problems with the bar wait times. I normally had my drink within a couple of minutes and the staff was always friendly. The staff in the buffet areas seemed new. English was not good at all but they were friendly and worked really hard to please.

Being Platuim, embarkation/Debarkation was a breeze. Nothing to complain about.

The vessel is beautiful and well laid out. After the first day, the smart elevators became second nature. You just have to pay attention to which elevator it says is the one you need to take. Read more
