The Bliss is a newer ship, but the layout is not very efficient. The elevators take forever, especially going to and from Deck 16 where the buffet and pools are. Guest Services and the Shore Excursion Desk are located in the same area where bands play and where games are played, making it impossible to hear anything. The photo folks set up camp in the middle of aisles and staircases, making for poor traffic flow. The cabin walls are paper thin and you can hear what the people are saying in the next cabin. The pool deck manager is horrible. There were 12 to 15 unaccompanied children in the hot tubs at all times (maximum 8 people capacity), the height rules for the slides were not enforced, and the laser tag and go carts were poorly operated and in complete chaos at some points. An hour wait is not uncommon, even with reservations. The people working in the carts were more interested in keeping the shiny new track and cars in pristine condition, than anyone actually having fun. No bumping anything and use your brakes were the two most used sayings. The head socks they make you wear under the helmet were filthy, with hundreds of uses a day without cleaning (head lice anyone??). The buffet food was fair, but the dining rooms were excellent. The comedians and the Jersey Boys were awesome. Sandra in the art department was very pleasant helpful, and the art auctions were fun. Maria (cabin steward), was very good and remembered our names after day one. All in all, a fair experience, but will stick with RCCL in the future.

Inside cabins very small and crowded. No place to sit except on the bed. Walls paper thin.
