This was our first cruise - a dram coming true after more than three decades. The overall rating is 11/10. Please allow us to highlight some points:
1- the theater shows. The second night show was by far the best of the week. The theater is a beautiful area, well designed and the quality of the shows brings it to life.
2- the personnel. I need to highlight three staff members who rendered a five-star service. The first will be Ms Padayachee at reception. Not only did she remembered our names, but her friendly service made the "finding our way around the ship" easy. Please give her a thank you from our side. The other two ladies are Me Irjana Bicja and Me Marienel Iglesia, both Barwaitresses. They served as as if we were royalty! A huge thank you to them. They deserve a promotion! :)

The process of embarking was too long. No water / food for people. The elderly suffered in the long ques. I realize this is the SA side, but they need to up their performance!
