Firstly we want to thank MSC for a fantastic cruse to the Portuguese Islands. The easy on-board to us is the best way to board. The hosting, the entertainment, the movement of passengers from the boat to the island and back was done in a orderly manner, the time on the island was made very pleasant, the staff on board of the boat was most helpful at all times, the entertainment director and his staff including the cast that performed was very good as they included the children as well.

The food on the boat is the best quality you can find and the overhaul experience was fantastic, will see you soon.

There is some staff members that stud out for us, as they treated us in a very high standard and respect and all ways friendly and they are ( Francesco Verdolia “Dining Services” from Italy we feel is a asset to MSC ) , ( Irjana Bacia “Bar Services” I am not sure of the spelling ), ( I Putu Bagus Ari Winanda “Asst Waiter” from Indonesia ), ( Pasquale Aversa “Headwaiter” Italy ).
