Two of the things that are disappointing on Norwegian cruise ships are the quality of their entertainment and food. I have cruised on Norwegian at least 10 times and noticed each year the down turn in their entertainment and food. They have their own group of entertainers that they use almost entirely. So if you don’t mind watching the same individuals several nights, then it might be ok. Also this last cruise we ate 4 times in the specialty restaurants and the food was no better than the buffet. One evening in the French restaurant I had swordfish and it was so dry. The only restaurant that had decent food was Cagneys steak house. Even thoe we are platinum members I am searching other cruise line reviews. I have been told that Royale Caribbean has wonderful food as well as Holland America. We also had to be moved from are cabin due to disturbing noise coming from the engine room, and wet floor in our room.
