We went to Hawaii on the Star Princess & had the best time! They do Hawaiian cultural crafts, hula & ukelele classes. The captain was amazing! He visited the passengers daily shaking hands, doing crafts & even went on a few excursions! Best captain ever & the crew loved him! Snorkeling was pretty good as well! The food was exquisite & just wonderful! Entertainment was great with Tiki dave & Leialoha! Even got to practice hula in atrium in evenings with Leialoha! They are amazing!!! We are doing this same cruise in 2019 with family again! If you want a rental car in Maui, reserve one in advance or you won't be able to get one! They're really limited on rentals.. The Banyun Tree in Maui is amazing! There was one snorkeling tour that was more about sightseeing than snorkeling from Princess that was a waste! We complained but they didn't care! It was very disappointing to us as we love to snorkel! Will do some off Princess snorkeling tours next time instead.... Very disappointed about that!!!

Loved our cabin! Not too obstructed! Our cabin steward was amazing & very helpful! We booked the same cabin for our Caribbean Cruise in February!

Embarkation & disembarkation were great! Very quick & little wait. We are platinum though, so that may help... They do try to get you on board pretty fast!

We loved Maui. Shopping right off the ship was great! Great Hawaiian outfits. Book rental cars far in advance as they are limited & sell out!

We love Maui! Can't say enough about it! Shopping right across from the ship & everything! Love it! Their aquarium is amazing as well!
