We chose this cruise as keen fans of 'Strictly' and had been on the Britannia last year on a similar cruise.

Food was good usual standard for P&O. We had freedom dinning and ate mainly in the Peninsular. Good service...friendly staff.

We ate one night in the Epicurean...well worth the £28pp cover charge. Good for a special evening and we celebrated a birthday. Maitre de was a little grumpy all other staff excellent.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin JG

R708 deck 14. Riviera. Sheltered balcony. Very little sun but was quiet. No noise issues unlike the opposite side of the deck apparently.

Very tired looking cabin...tiny tv with limited films. Yes we know you don't spend 24/7 in the cabin but choice is good if possible.

Lounge chair on balcony was ripped...we reported day one...nothing happened.

Port Reviews

Barcelona

Went ashore independently as it's very easy. Shuttle bus.

Gibraltar

Best place for duty free shopping. Stopped for coffee in Irish town...nice to wander the back streets.

Cadiz

Sherry tasting trip was fabulous...horse show was jaw dropping Jerez.
