So we just returned from a cruise on the Fantasy. We experienced both positive and negative aspects of the ship and staff:
PROS:
1) friendly staff. We rarely encountered our steward and didn’t need any additional assistance, but it was nice to have the bed made and clean towels. The staff was nice and it was apparent that they kept the ship clean despite its shortcomings.
