The cruise itself was OK, way too many kids! We couldn’t get into the pools or the hot tubs. Went up on the Serenity Deck, I found peace and tranquility there. The food was pretty good, the drinks were great, there were people complaining in the smoking section that they were folks smoking cigars it’s a smoking section! Met some very nice people the staff seems to be overworked but they remain pleasant they kept us in formed in reference to Hurricane Beryl and Hurricane Chris while we were on the water. I realize that I have out grown Carnival, our kids are grown now and as we get older we don’t wish to cruise with kids because kids are going to be kids. The ship is massive, very quiet the further you down, had dinner one time in the main dining room and you could not hear anything from the engine room which the main dining room is in the aft of the ship.
