Where do I begin?! I chose Norwegian based on referrals from family/friends. First of all, our room steward never introduced himself to us and our room was only about 50% cleaned when we arrived. Our refrigerator did not work and after leaving a note, telling our room steward in person and calling the front desk it took almost 3 days to get a new one, even after mentioning that we had medications that needed to be refrigerated, that in the end went bad, so there goes all of that money!!! Second, I sent a dress to simply be pressed in time for the Cabaret show in Cuba, I sent it Tuesday morning so I would get it back by Wednesday at 6pm, which would have given me plenty of time to get ready and disembark for the show. By 4 pm it was not in the room, or 5pm, then 6pm came around and then 7pm. I called the front desk and they said "the paper says it will be ready after 6pm", IT CLEARLY SAYS BY 6PM! So I had to wear a freaking cover-up to a show that has a dress code!!! As they steward was dropping off alcohol that was brought aboard from Cuba we noticed that he was cleaning up something on the floor outside of our stateroom. HE BROKE OUR BOTTLE OF CUBAN RUM and had no remorse! We can only get this rum in Cuba. So there goes that money down the drain! If that wasn't enough, we were sitting outside on our deck on the final morning drinking mimosas, waiting for our group to be called to disembark. I was out on the deck with my mom and sister and he saw a crew member a couple of decks above us and said "good morning!" and he said it back to us. He obviously saw us and knew we were on the deck. Not a minute later, HE STARTED WASHING OFF/PRESSURE WASHING THE DECK AND BOAT ABOVE US AND WE WERE DRENCHED IN NASTY WATER!!!!!! SERIOUSLY! If the cruise wasn't bad enough. We then asked to see the supervisor of the steward. We got "She will be right up" about 5 times from our room steward. We then called the concierge desk and they told us she would be right up. 30 minutes later, after our group was already called to get off the boat, she finally arrived. After discussing everything that happened all she did was nod, she barely apologized, and we were sent on our way. I was looking forward to this cruise for 6 months since the day I booked it. What a waste of money!!
