We did 9 nights on the Pacific jewel to the south pacific. We had a great time! It was a great affordable holiday! The service was fantastic, the ship was very nice and well looked after. The live entertainment every night was excellent. The included in fare food was a bit hit and miss but good the majority of the time. The onboard restaurants we paid extra for were delicious! Well worth the money. We also got the premium drinks package and I think that is definitely a must do! As you don't have to worry about paying for drinks, you just swipe your cruise card. I think the experience you have on board is alot to do with your attitude, we went on with a positive attitude, not really knowing what to expect from our first cruise and we were pleasantly surprised with our trip. We will definitely be sailing with P&O again.
