Sail Date: Apr 2018

I have sailed on this ship 3 times and her sister Quantam of the seas. But this time it was below average. On the past cruises each of the comp restaurants served different food, Silk was oriental food, American Icon Steak and ribs etc and Grande ever served Surf and Turf. NOT any more, all 4 places serve the same food. Now if you want lobster tail you pay $35. I think RC are trying to make you spend more money by going to the PAID restaurants. RC seem to have cut staff adn not enough people are on hand in the bars .Also in the past there was a beer and wine package ( In between Soda and deluxe Package) about $40 per day . That is now gone, so you either get Soda or pay for the top shelf package. Speaking of packages the Soda glass you use at the machines is a joke.On a 5 day cruise the machine in Sorrentos was always empty of the popular drinks, It wasn't fixed until the 3rd day. Also some bars had no Limes or mint to make cocktails.

It took me 2 days to sort out my OBC which i had to do at guest services but to her credit Adrianna was very helpful with this matter.

Oh and don't try to use the Royal IQ app on your phone to book shows or dinner reservations it didn't work, Dinner and show times are displayed but you couldnt use the phone to book.
