Now.... I have cruised a few times before on various lines but never RCI. All have been really good experiences with some very good service on them. Yes, I have had bad experiences on them too but only the odd problem like the waiter in the main dining room not being as attentive as he could of been or the barman who could not mix a cocktail to save his life. but nothing to ruin a holiday.....

That changed with this trip. Now before I start I just want to say that this was part of a £13k package that was arranged through an agent.
