Sea glass I found on the beach at St. Luica between the Pitons.

Me and my sister chose this cruise because we love Carnival and wanted to go on a island intensive cruise and this was a Southern Caribbean cruise and it was awesome. The islands were great and I think I loved Barbados the best the beach was gorgeous! We opted to skip the Boartyard paying $20 and went to Harbour Lights instead as was suggested by our taxi driver. It is the same beach as the Boatyard and you get a chair, umbrella beautiful area we could see the Boatyard from where we were and we only paid $10.00!!! The food and drinks were great too. St. Luica was awesome as well took a tour with Spencer Ambrose Tours did the Jalousie Beach break and it was awesome. The rum punch had a big punch to it and the food was delicious. I found about 25 pieces of sea glass in less than an hour. Spencer Ambrose is awesome wold definatley do it again. We did an excursion on St.Maarten with Jo Junie Tours went to Orient Beach which was destroyed by the hurricanes but the beach is gorgeous and the water was clear as I've ever seen! Me and my sister had to walk down to the french nude beach just to say we did it. We had our bathing suits on but so many naked people too but we are middle age and seen everything in our life so no big deal to us. It's just a shame that the destruction is so evident and not much cleaned up yet. I fed some iguanas some leafs on a stick by a man on the road where we stopped. Bought a sarong for $10 from a man on Orient Beach whose home was destroyed and that is how he earns money for his family. We stopped at Maho Beach when to the Sunset Beach Bar and we got a soda and nachos which were yummy! We loved San Juan and St. Thomas we had been to those islands before. We love St. Kitts to and a baby monkey with a little diaper on jumped on my back. A man who had him asked if we wanted a picture taken with the monkey and we said no and that little monkey made a beeline for my back in a instant I guess he is use to people. No harm the man took him off quickly, It was an awesome cruise and I would definately like to do it again a couple of years.

Cabin Review

Interior

Cabin 4E

Not sure if I selected the correct cabin category but we were on deck 7 E205 AFT. This was a larger interior cabin than we have had before. It was great for 2 people the AC worked great we were cold at night. Reminder to adjust the temperature need to stand on the bed and it's in the ceiling to change for cooler temps. A mini fridge would have been perfrect but our room stewart Tanang was great in keeping a ice bucket for us each day and night, The bathroom was average seemed a little larger than the previous interior as well. The shower drained perfect and the toilet worked great a bit loud but no problem. Overall it was a great cabin for the cost we paid and since we were to have sdailed December 3, 2017 and it was cancelled by Carnival we each had a $75.00 OBC which was great.

Port Reviews

San Juan

A beautiful city we have been before and destruction from hurricane Maria is still evident on our trip from the airport to old San Juan. We chose not to do an excursion this time other than a little place across the street from Walgreens. This little place had the best strawberry mojitos 2 for $10!!!

St. Thomas

A beautiful island been there before chose to stay onboard and enjoy the adults only area in the Aft on the Fascination.

St. Kitts (Port Zante)

A beautiful port and town just walked around a little and back on the ship needed another chill day on the ship in the adults only AFT area.
