I called 2x before we actually sailed. Once the day after I booked, and then again 10 days before we sailed. Both times I was told that my ship was all inclusive and directed to search for the sun on NCL.com website where it also stated an all inclusive boat. Once on board, I went to the bar and was told that I had to pay for everything...after waiting in line and in front of many other people...talk about embarrassing. I then called my travel agent, Expedia who i had spoken to previously and they called Norwegian on my behalf since they were my travel agent. They have names of the agents they spoke with who told them that my boat was all inclusive. Expedia had to request to speak with 2 different supervisors at Norwegian and both of them said they were too busy to listen to the recorded phone calls that day and that i would have to wait until the next for any type of resolution. Talk about a slap in the face and a poor customer experience. They didn't believe me and would not extend any courtesy until they heard it for themselves. I had to wait on hold all afternoon while Expedia tried to resolve this and get Norwegian to own up to their mistake. Eventually I could not be on the phone any longer as I had to go to my muster station and I had not even made it to my room yet as they were not ready once we boarded.

After mustering, we went down to guest services where they would not let me speak to a supervisor. They did tell us to just charge the drinks to our room and they would correct it and remove them later. This then caused the stress of a possible issue at the end of our trip if they did not remove them like they said they would as they would also not provide anything in writing stating that they would.

The next morning at breakfast i went up to the bar and finally had a bartender take my order and the lady next to me. I ordered a strawberry margarita and a pina colada. The lady next to me ordered a diet pepsi. Bartender proceeds to get her drink & receipt then help someone else, never once saying if he was going to get my drinks. The other bartender then asks if i have been helped, i said that my order had been taken but that i wasnt sure if he was going to make it...to which the bartender that took my order looked at me then walked away... During all this waiting i overheard that they were out of Pina Colada mix....so i ordered 2 strawberry margaritas...the bartender walks to the blender and asks if mango is "ok" as they are out of strawberry.....This is day 2 of the cruise and already they are out!?? Since there was no menu I asked what i could get since what i wanted wasn't available...They told me to go to a different bar around the corner and they would have what I wanted.....So i did....That bar was closed, i waited for 5 min before someone came along and went in back to get a bartender and then informed me that no one working. I went back to the first bar and informed them not to send guests to a closed bar, they then tried to send me to another bar at mid-ship when i am in the back & my breakfast is sitting at my table getting cold. I told them to forget making me anything, walked to my boyfriend and told him to get me off that ship.

not much to do here if you do not book an excursion, not really sure why they stop here and we were told by locals that it is more of an industrial island and not really touristy and that the botanical gardens are not worth visiting. Local people and bartenders were amazing, drank alot for very little, enjoyed talking to them, very welcoming

Booked a Scuba/snuba tour with Stuarts cove, was told the morning of that it was cancelled do to rough seas and wind. Not the fault of the company but still disappointing as this was the one thing we booked and were looking forward to. Ended up doing a tour around the island with a native Bohemian and that was wonderful.
