Brand new ship. We were very excited to sail on an exciting new ship. It is a beautiful state of art ship. It has many problems. The worse being the sewer gas smell in the center of the ship. Unfortunately our cabin was in the center. It was the worse cruise of our life and we cruise often. I wrote to MSC and so far they have not responded. The entertainment is first class. We had a balcony cabin and it was very small. Not enough drawers or hangers. Because of the smell we spent much of our time on our balcony. We even had to sleep with our balcony door open most nights. Three of the elevators were out of service and this is not acceptable on a new ship. We could not wait until this cruise was over. I don't think we would ever book another cruise with MSC since this was our first time sailing with this company.
