Sail Date: Dec 2017

Only 4 hours flight. We like the Canaries and have been on destination intensive cruises there before twice with Thomson Celebration, which we prefer for entertainment and food.

We booked our 'Canarian Christmas' - cruise & stay holiday in June 2017 for December & opted for an outside + cabin, which we knew we liked. We were last on the 'Dream' in November 2011 in the Caribbean, when the paid for safe caused us endless hassle but safe problems seem to have been sorted. Since it was built in 1986, there have been some cosmetic improvements but we felt that she was showing her age & a few customer service corners have been cut since 2011.

The cabin was a good size, though the window was small & very rusty round the edges - so obviously in the original ship, not the mid section newer extension. Plenty of storage space for clothes etc. Good to see the kettle and PG tips and fridge.
