Things were different from Thomson, First its find your way to your cabin. The cabins were clean and our cabin steward worked hard and was friendly so far so good. Then the first meal in the main restaurant was not so good and things did not get better. The Gala meal was cold and the service so slow we missed the show. Also the waiters were reluctant to serve coffee. The food in the Lido buffet was no better but at least the service was good with the staff happier. Entertainment was mixed the show team was very good along with one of the bands. But the other band was not. Getting a seat in any of the bars at night was difficult . Some of the entertainment seemed to have been cobbled together very quickly. The shop staff were not happy in there work and really could not be bothered. The ship is getting very old with a lot of work being carried out on the outside with the noise of drilling during the day. In summary 3 star food and 3 star service.
