This was my family's first cruise. Carnival has very poor service on their cruise ship. Workers were not friendly at all and service was poor. In one rare occasion we had a server who was friendly to us, as others were very rude. They would never come to check to see if we needed more drinks or how we doing when in the london dinning room and when we would ask for something it would take forever to get the help we needed. The "Fun shop" had terrible service as the guy wouldn't even look at us when we were trying to purchase things in the store. I actually refrained myself from buying the cheap alcohol that they have on the ship because I did not want to have to deal with the worker again. One perk was that the men who cleaned our room was very friendly as well. With a positive attitude the cruise was fun, but our next cruise will not be through carnival.
