Booked as a party of 13 older women and were allocated different sides and deck levels of the ship, not the greatest of starts.
Five of the six cabins booked were for 2 persons and the remaining one for 3 people.
Embarkation seemed chaotic, and my, are the staff miserable and downright rude! They are discourteous, lack any customer service and basically couldn't care less.

Outside Twin with Balcony and Shower
Our cabin, B628, was very clean and made up extremely well and offered tea making facilities, fridge, TV, safety deposit box and complimentry water. A lovely dressing table with a large mirror above as well as a full length mirror by the cabin door. There was ample hanging space for clothes with an area to store luggage and a well lit bathroom with powershower.
However, it was a twin cabin that was to accommodate 3 adults, this is totally unacceptible. Basically it's a way of abusing the 'third' space as I feel it's only use would be for a child.
